Award-winning cook Anna Jones blazes the trail again for how we all want to cook now.

In her exciting new book, One, the `queen of the greens’ gives over 150 recipes alongside dozens of ideas for super-quick one-pan, one-tray suppers.

You can travel the world weekly from your kitchen with dishes such as: Persian noodle soup; Korean carrot and sesame pancakes; African peanut stew; baked dahl with tamarind-glazed sweet potato; and halloumi, mint, lemon and caramelised onion pie. With recipes for every occasion from a weeknight tahini broccoli on toast to the puddings and feasts, these inventive and varied recipes will become kitchen staples. All delicious, whether made vegetarian or vegan, Anna also helps you to reduce waste, use leftovers and make your kitchen plastic free. This book is good for you, your pocket and for the planet.

A note from Anna on the publishing delay:

I hope you are doing ok and are well and happy in these wild times. I wanted to write to you to let you know the publication date for my 4th book “One” has sadly been moved back by a few months.

The very difficult decision was taken by me and my publisher to delay the book due to a few things. The main factor was that printers were closed during the pandemic and as we choose to print sustainability and ethically in Europe (which is very important to me) we had fewer options of where we could print which has slowed things down a lot. I also want to be able to connect with you all when the book publishes and all book events will most likely be cancelled until 2021.

It’s not been an easy decision as I have been pouring my soul into this book for the last 2 years and I am so keen for it to be out in the world.

We will of course offer full refunds to anyone who might not be able to wait until then.

Huge thanks to each and every one of you for you ongoing support.
