Tahini-drizzled fruit

Bright-coloured food packed with goodness, that will fill you up. This is what I make when I want a bowl of fruit for breakfast. It is a true fruit salad in that it even has a dressing.
The dressing sweetens the fruit a little, which I love, as sometimes I find it too acidic to eat first thing, and it also adds a kick of morning protein.
If you are a tahini lover like me, give this a try. If you are less convinced about tahini you could swap it for almond butter for a more mellow dressing.
